Why I Created the ETM Method™
The ETM Method™ wasn’t born in a boardroom or built from buzzwords — it was shaped by real classrooms, real struggles, and real breakthroughs. Over the years, I discovered that connection mattered more than content and that the most powerful learning didn’t start with a lesson plan — it started with trust.
When I stopped teaching to the test and started teaching to the student, everything changed. Real-life applications sparked curiosity. Curiosity ignited confidence. And confidence fueled a love of learning.
It all began when I made a promise to my students:
“I’ll never ask you to do something I wouldn’t do myself.”
That mindset became my compass — one that honors effort, accountability, and mutual respect.
