MY WHY
Education as it is doesn't work.
Our learners deserve so much more.
I became an educator because I love kids, and I love teaching. I love watching imaginations grow and confidence build.
But after seeing how so many learners were falling through the cracks- and after experiencing it with my own children- I knew we could do better.
ETM was created to change the way we approach learning. Because every learner deserves time, hope, and opportunity to thrive.
